Felsted 104 for 7 from 26 overs. Orwell Park 105 for 3.
On a very slow pitch our batsmen found it hard to play their shots and score sufficient runs to make a decent total to bowl at. Will Buttleman opening the innings played well, scoring when he could, scoring 31 before falling to a leading edge. He was supported well by Charlie Latham (16) and Thomas Hitchcock (17), both being caught. The bowlers began well making the Orwell batsmen earn their runs, before a very tall and strong boy started to hit the ball very hard. He quickly took them through to win by 7 wickets, scoring a quick 50 not out, winning the game with 5 overs to spare.
