U11 B vs Barnadiston Hall, Saturday 26th May 2012
Felsted chose to bat first. Rory and Hamish began slowly with 6 runs in the first over and 2 in the second but Barnardiston gave away 8 runs in wides and byes. 16 runs in two overs good going. After 10 overs we were on 91 runs and running. Hamish gained a very solid and comfortable 51 runs, congratulations. Rory backed him up with a commendable 20, and Tobias 13 runs. Felsted 153 for 2 wickets. Barnardiston struggled a little and reached 99 for 8 in 20 overs. Harvey (Captain) and Alfie both gained 2 wickets with Graeme, Archie, George and Alexander one wicket each. Top fielding points went to Joshua Bird at wicket keeper. Our first win and very satisfying.
